Borno Anonyo may use the client’s name and likeness for promotional purposes with prior written consent. The client may also use Borno Anonyo’s name and likeness for promotional purposes with prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
